Rhinoseptoplasty (Nose straightening surgery)

It is done when there is an external and internal alteration of the nose. The most frequently involved structure is the nasal septum (the thin wall that separates your right and left nasal passages). This deviation moves the septum causing a nasal ventilatory insufficiency and an external deformity of the nasal pyramid.

The main objective of this procedure is to optimize respiratory function and correct the structure of the nose, both conditions are equally important to achieve a satisfactory result. Candidates for this procedure are those patients who have respiratory problems caused by obstructions due to a deviated septum, and at the same time have the possibility of improving the external appearance of the nose.
