Arrival & Welcome
Upon landing at Cancun International Airport for your plastic surgery journey in Cancun, a private driver will greet you and take you directly to your hotel.
Your concierge care team will ask for updates in your group chat upon airport and hotel arrival to track your safe check-in. Settle into your hotel room and get comfortable.
Pre-Op Testing & Consultation
The day prior to your procedure, you’ll undergo essential pre-op testing (blood work, chest X-rays, EKG, cardiology consult) to ensure you’re medically cleared for surgery.
Later, you’ll have a dedicated appointment with Dr. Valdez to discuss your procedure, ask final questions, and have your “before” photos taken. Your concierge nurse team may provide specific medications to take that night.
Surgery Day & Hospital Care
Your concierge nurses will pick you up from your hotel and drive you to the hospital for your plastic surgery journey Cancun. There, you may meet the anesthesiologist and have an IV started. You’ll speak with Dr. Valdez one last time before entering the operating room.
After surgery, you’ll be monitored in post-op until stable, then moved to a private hospital room for overnight care by both hospital nurses and a dedicated concierge nurse. Dr. Valdez may visit to check on you and provide initial post-op instructions.
Discharge From Hospital
The next morning, Dr. Valdez may visit again. After breakfast and medical clearance, you’ll be discharged from the hospital.
A concierge nurse will pick you up and drive you back to your hotel or recovery house, providing detailed instructions and support for your crucial first night after surgery and your continued recovery.
Daily Hotel Visits & Clinical Care
Your concierge nurses visit you daily in your hotel room to monitor healing, clean incisions, change dressings as needed, and provide medication guidance. These visits ensure your recovery stays on track.
Schedule & Appointments
Your concierge nurse will outline your recovery schedule and keep you informed about all Dr. Valdez appointments. These visits monitor your progress and may include healing assessments, drain removal, and suture removal as needed.
Ongoing Support & Transport
Our concierge team provides continuous support with private transportation to every Dr. Valdez appointment and 24/7 group chat access for quick answers to healing questions or concerns.
